We then give you pricing options for:

• Unlimited Seasonal Snow Service

• Per-Push (Per Snow Event) Service

2. Choose Your Service Plan

Pick the option that fits your needs:

• Unlimited Service: Unlimited visits whenever snowfall reaches 2"+.

• Per-Push Service: Charged per visit each time snowfall reaches 2"+.

3. Sign Agreement & Add Card on File

We send a simple service agreement outlining:

• What triggers a visit (2"+ snowfall)

• What areas are cleared

• Billing terms (automatic charge after each visit for Per-Push)

Once signed, we securely keep a card on file for easy, automatic billing.

4. We Track the Weather For You

Our team monitors every storm in your exact location.
You never need to call — we automatically schedule you when snowfall reaches 2 inches or more.

5. Snowfall Hits 2"+ — Your Service Is Activated

Your property is added to our route based on your plan:

• Unlimited customers: Visit is included.

• Per-Push customers: One visit = one charge.

6. Our Crew Arrives With Professional Equipment

We use the right equipment for the conditions:

• Our crew selects the proper equipment based on the conditions of each snowfall:

• Shovels are used for precise clearing around walkways, stairs, and tight spaces.

• Snow blowers handle the majority of typical snowfalls.

• Heavy-duty blowers are used for walkways, steps, and areas where snow is lighter or powdery.

• The truck with plow is used only when needed, such as during heavier storms or when the driveway requires larger equipment.

7. We Clear All Agreed Areas

Our crew will clear:

• Driveway

• Walkways

• Front entry steps

• Any additional areas discussed in your agreement

If you leave a bag of salt on the doorstep, we can apply it to walkways and steps.

8. Before & After Photos (When Possible)

We take photos so you can see exactly what was done — especially helpful when you’re not home.

9. Long or Heavy Snowstorms (Multiple Visits)

If snow continues falling for many hours or totals are high:

• We may need to come more than once to keep things manageable.

• Each visit counts as one charge for Per-Push customers.

• We always contact Per-Push customers before making a second visit for approval.

• Unlimited customers are fully covered.

10. Automatic Billing After Service

• Unlimited Plan: No additional charges—your seasonal rate covers all visits.

• Per-Push Plan: Your card on file is automatically charged after each visit.
  You may receive a receipt by text or email.

11. Ongoing Winter Support

Throughout the season, we:

• Monitor every storm

• Automatically schedule service

• Keep your driveway and walkways clear after each 2"+ snowfall
