How does the whole process typically work?
Home – Our Process
At Lighting Halit’s Christmas, we make your holiday lighting experience seamless and stress-free. Here's how our process works:

Design & Consultation

We’ll schedule a consultation—either in person or over the phone, whichever works best for you.

During the consultation, we’ll talk about your vision and goals for your Christmas display.

You’ll be asked to provide clear photos of the front and sides of your home to help us design and accurately price your display. If needed, we can take the photos ourselves or find them online (e.g., Google Street View).

Based on your input and the photos, we’ll create a custom design and quote for your review and approval.
Lighting Installation

Once you approve the design and pay a 50% deposit, we’ll schedule your installation.

On installation day, our fully trained and insured team will set up your holiday display.

After you’ve reviewed the display and are satisfied (or after we’ve addressed any concerns), we’ll send the final invoice for the remaining 50%.
Maintenance & Repairs

Should any issues arise, we’re just a call away. We guarantee service within 48 hours for repairs or replacements.
Removal & Storage
-
In January, we’ll return to safely remove your lights and décor.

We’ll store your display for you so it’s ready to go next holiday season—saving you time and hassle!

How Long Does the Installation Take?Installation times vary depending on the size and complexity of your display, but most residential installations can be completed in just a few hours. For larger or more intricate commercial projects, we’ll provide a timeline during your consultation. We aim to complete installations efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What Types of Christmas Lights Do You Offer?We offer a variety of customizable Christmas light options, including C9 LED bulbs in various colors like warm white, cool white, multi-color, and more. Our lights are durable, energy-efficient, and designed to withstand harsh winter weather.

Do You Provide Free Estimates for Christmas Light Installations?Yes, we offer free, no-obligation estimates for both residential and commercial Christmas light installations. We’ll also consult with you on your vision and budget to make sure you get the perfect holiday display.

Do You Take Down the Christmas Lights After the Holidays?Yes! When you choose Lighting Colorado’s Christmas, our all-inclusive service includes professional light removal at the end of the holiday season. We carefully remove the lights, ensuring no damage is done to your home or business, just as we do with the installation. And we will store them for next year.

What Happens If a Light Bulb Goes Out? Is This Covered?Absolutely! All of our premium, commercial-grade LED lights are covered by a full-season warranty while they’re installed on your property. While our lights are built to last, if a bulb goes out or you experience any other issues, just give us a call. We’ll come out and fix it at no additional cost.

Is It Safe to Install Christmas Lights on My Home?Yes! Safety is our top priority at Lighting Colorado’s Christmas. Our team of professionals is trained in proper installation techniques to ensure your lights are installed securely without causing any damage to your home. We use non-damaging plastic clips and other safe methods to protect your property while delivering a beautiful holiday display.

Can I use my own lights?We use only our own commercial-grade lighting to ensure safety, consistency, and reliability. For this reason, we do not install customer-provided lights

When do you start installations?We typically begin installations in late September and continue through early December. Early booking ensures your preferred date and best pricing.

When do you take the lights down?Takedowns begin in early January and are typically completed by the end of the month. We'll schedule a date that works for you.

Do you store the lights for next year?Yes, we offer optional storage so you don’t have to worry about packing or storing lights. Storage is included

Do the Christmas lights come with timers?Yes! Timers are included with the installation. We’ll program them so your lights turn on and off automatically at your preferred times. It’s an easy, hands-free way to enjoy your display while also saving energy.

How does the payment process work?Once your design is finalized, you will be charged 50% of the total amount before installation begins. The remaining 50% will be billed after the installation is fully completed. You will receive an invoice via email for both payments. We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, and Zelle.
